Psychological assessment
Alongside academic knowledge, every candidate takes a psychological and emotional assessment.

Subject testing
We check subject knowledge and the level of English.

Demonstration lesson
An open lesson in front of a methodologist and colleagues, reviewed against the methodology.

Director decision and mentored probation
The final decision, followed by a probation period with a mentor, lesson observation and feedback.
