Admission is open all year
We accept applications throughout the school year. If there is a place in your child’s grade, we enrol them straight away. If not, we add your child to the waiting list and let you know as soon as a place becomes available.
How to apply
Applying to Thompson International School takes five steps:
- Apply online
Fill in the form on this website.
- Consultation
A member of our admissions team will call you, answer your questions and help you find the right campus for your child.
- Book a tour
Choose a day and time to visit the school.
- Tour and meeting with the Principal
Walk round the school, see a typical school day and meet the Principal.
- Sign the contract
Once the terms are agreed, you sign the contract and your child starts school.
Frequently asked questions
Students can start at age 6 in the preparatory class (Grade 0), and we accept applications for Grades 0–11.

- Your child’s birth certificate
- A parent’s or legal guardian’s passport
- Your child’s medical records
- A report from your child’s previous school
